Shipping

I use Royal Mail to ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary depending on what country you are buying from. I ship from the UK, so shipping times to international countries will vary. Please do order well in advance if you are planning on wearing the garment for a specific date, to avoid any Royal Mail delays.
 

Returns

I accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery receipt.

Cara Julia is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. 

I do not cover return postage costs. 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Cara Julia garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet my policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
